A friend -Selen- convinced me to check out a Sunday flea market since it was Sunday and nothing else was open. And that’s where I stumbled upon racks of vintage furs that were pure magic. I’d never considered buying new fur—yet these were vintage, deserving a second chance to shine rather than gather dust.

After a half-German, half-mime conversation with a vendor who spoke no English (later I found that his name was Fahri, my number one vintage fur fairy), I walked away with five fabulous fur coats stuffed into a gigantic old bag I could barely carry.
